Refund policy
At SwagPath, we strive to deliver high-quality, customized swag that meets your exact needs. Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and service.
Returns for Defects or Errors:
- If your order arrives defective or differs from what you customized, please contact us within 15 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it be through a replacement or a refund.
- To initiate a return, please send an email to support@swagpath.com with your order details and a photograph of the issue. We will guide you through the process.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- If a return or replacement is necessary due to our error, SwagPath will cover all shipping costs. If another issue is the cause, shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@swagpath.com.
